Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the MDS Coordinator Masterclass website and course (the "Service"), provided by MDS Masterclass ("we", "us"). When you use the Service, you are entering into an agreement with MDS Masterclass.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is an online educational course for MDS Coordinators: 9 modules, quizzes and a certificate of completion. The course is educational and does not replace the official CMS RAI User's Manual, professional judgment, or legal or clinical advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you buy for a facility, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. You must be of legal age to make a purchase.
4. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the course for your plan. An Individual plan is for one person. A Facility plan covers up to 3 named employees. Plans are not interchangeable: an Individual plan cannot be moved, converted or upgraded to a Facility plan — if you need facility access, a Facility plan must be purchased separately. You may not share logins, copy, resell or redistribute course materials, or try to get around access limits.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
- No infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property.
- No interfering with security, such as malware, probing, or scraping the Service.
6. Intellectual property
MDS Masterclass owns the Service and all its content, including lessons, quizzes, software, documentation and branding.
7. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Your purchase becomes final once your certificate of completion has been issued, because the course is then complete and no refund can be given. Installment plan. Where offered, you may pay in 3 equal monthly payments instead of one payment. Your card is charged automatically each month, and billing stops after the third payment. If a payment fails, access to Modules 2 to 9 is paused until you update your card and the payment succeeds. Your certificate is issued only after the final payment. Cancelling before the last payment ends your access and does not refund payments already made. See also our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. If your access ends, we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where MDS Masterclass is based.
