Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your MDS Masterclass purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your receipt email.

When refunds end

No refund once your certificate has been issued. Issuing your certificate means the course is complete — all 9 modules passed and the certification delivered. From that moment the purchase is final and no refund can be given, even if you are still inside the 14-day window. If you want to reconsider, request your refund before you claim your certificate.

Installment plans

If you chose to pay in 3 monthly payments, the 14-day guarantee runs from your first payment. A refund covers every payment made so far and cancels the remaining payments. Your certificate is only issued after your final payment, so a refund is still possible at any point before then, inside the 14-day window.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, access to the paid modules (2 to 9) ends for you and any facility employees on that purchase. Module 1 stays free.
