• Course activity (quiz scores, progress, certificates): to track progress and issue certificates. Legal basis: contract.
• Facility employee emails entered by a buyer: to grant those employees access. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to help you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, usage logs): for security, fraud prevention and improving the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host and run the website and database for us.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling the course, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep account and course data while your account is active, and certificate records so they can be verified later. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.
